Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Luxe Nest Rentals (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It applies to luxenestrentals.com and to our dealings with you as a customer.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

▪ Your name, email address and phone number;

▪ Booking details — your dates, delivery address, and the equipment you need;

▪ Any information you choose to send us by WhatsApp, email or our enquiry form;

▪ Basic website analytics and cookies — anonymous information about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, device type), which helps us improve it.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

▪ Respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote;

▪ Confirm, deliver and manage your rental;

▪ Communicate with you about your booking;

▪ Send you occasional updates or offers — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we keep it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only where necessary to provide our service — for example, coordinating delivery with your hotel or host — or where required by law. We do not share it for advertising.

5. Cookies

Our website uses basic cookies and analytics to function and to help us understand how it’s used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well if you do.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our service, meet our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes — then we securely delete it.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

▪ Ask what personal information we hold about you;

▪ Ask us to correct or update it;

▪ Ask us to delete it, where we’re not required to keep it;

▪ Object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these, just email us (see below) and we’ll help.
